  Up to 2012, June 30th : 3.990 € or 4.772 € including VAT.  
  After 2012, June 30th (+10%) : 4.388 € or 5.248 € including VAT.  
 
This fee include : lodging at Aquabella hotel (through the nights of November 11th-15th), course registration, course notes, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch, reception dinner on Sunday, social evening on Thursday.
This fee does not include : Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday dinners.

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION:
In the event of cancellation of a place, and provided that written notice is received prior to October 11th, 2012, 70% of the total fee will be refunded (after a 30 % administrative charge). After that date, no refund will be made. Substitutions by email may be made at any time for this event.
  
 
STRATEGIE SANTÉ reserves the right to cancel, no later than 30 days before the scheduled start, any course for which an insufficient number of registrants have been received. In these circumstances, all registrants will be notified by email. Participants are therefore kindly requested to note that STRATEGIE SANTÉ assumes no liability whatsoever for any financial losses incurred if travel tickets have been purchased STRATEGIE SANTÉ reserves the right to cancel, no later than 30 days before the scheduled start, any course for which an insufficient number of registrants have been received. In these circumstances, all registrants will be notified by email. Participants are therefore kindly requested to note that STRATEGIE SANTÉ assumes no liability whatsoever for any financial losses incurred if travel tickets have been purchased for which cancellation or change in reservation may be prohibited or restricted.
